SNAPP SMS is an AI-powered sports analyst you can chat with over text message. When you text our number, you can ask questions about games, players, odds, matchups, and more, and get instant, research-backed answers right in your messaging app.

Consent & Opt-In

By texting our number at +1 (844) 721-2825, you consent to receive SMS messages from SNAPP in response to your questions. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Consent data is used solely to deliver the SNAPP SMS service.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your usage. Each question you send will receive a reply. You may also receive occasional proactive updates (e.g., morning game-day previews) if you opt in to those features.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you text us again.

Privacy Policy

When you use SNAPP SMS, we collect and store:

• Your phone number (to deliver messages and identify your account)
• Message content (to provide answers and improve the service)
• Usage data (message timestamps, feature usage)

Photos and files you send. Photos you send us on SMS are copied from the messaging provider to our own storage. The file is stored on our media server at a long, random web address that is not listed or searchable but is not password-protected: anyone you give the link to, or who otherwise gets it, can open it. Don’t send photos of IDs, payment cards or anything else you wouldn’t want seen. Files are kept with the conversation. To ask us to remove a file, email privacy@snappstats.com.

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is used solely to operate and improve the SNAPP SMS service. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement.

Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your data, email privacy@snappstats.com.

SNAPP SMS is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNOs. Carrier-specific fees or restrictions may apply.
